History in the Making is a specialist company providing support services to the film and television industry. Established in 1992, History in the Making managed and designed drama reconstructions for many production companies, including the BBC, Granada television, the History channel and many independent companies.
 
History in the Making originating as military advisors, reconstructing famous battles and incidents from the past, now supplies all aspects of historical drama ranging from Ancient Greece to WW2.
 
In 2004, the parent company of History in the Making became departmentalised to accommodate the principal needs of any production.
